Eva Heinrichs is a Supervising Associate in our Employment practice in Düsseldorf. She advises national and international employers on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on restructurings, transformation projects and works council matters.

She supports companies throughout complex change processes, from strategic planning through to implementation. A key focus of her practice is advising on works council co-determination rights, negotiating works agreements and representing employers in conciliation committee proceedings and works council litigation.

In addition, Eva advises companies on the employment law implications of the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Her experience includes matters relating to employee co-determination, data protection, employee monitoring and the employment law aspects of AI-driven transformation and efficiency initiatives.

Eva also has extensive experience advising on workforce reductions, operational changes and cross-border reorganisations.

In recognition of her work in employment law, Eva has been recognised by Best Lawyers as a “One to Watch” for the past two years.
