We are proud to support our US-based clients to succeed globally. The US has always been a key focus and in support of continuing investment, we were delighted to open our latest Simmons office in San Francisco in 2022. Our office serves as a base to support clients in the Silicon Valley, Bay area and across the US as they build their businesses internationally. Our office is led by Emily Jones who joined us on 1 May 2022.

We have also developed a number of long-established relationships with US law firms who trust us with their clients’ ambitions and risks when operating outside their home market. We make it our job to stay close to these firms and their clients, delivering the full expertise of our team across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

This alliance combines the strength of top tier hedge fund and asset management practices in London, New York and Hong Kong and means we can offer a combined service for hedge funds and their managers around the world. Seward & Kissel's clients have immediate access to a full range of expertise from fund formation and management to advisory services such as regulation, derivatives, corporate structures, tax, litigation, employment, IP, finance, government investigations and transactions.
