This session is hosted by our London and Hong Kong dispute resolution practices. Crises take many forms. We discuss what happens when the unexpected occurs. What do you do when your international counterparty suddenly vanishes, or the security that you thought you had disappears or is taken by a third party or is under threat from a third party?
