New contingency measures for distressed business in France
In order to face the closing of all French courts as of 16 March 2020, the courts have set up contingency plans to ensure the handling of essential litigation. Since 12 May and the end of the strict containment measures, resumption plans have also been drawn up to ensure the transition and return to normal jurisdictional activity.
