Micheál is a partner in our Corporate group in Dublin. His practice is focused on domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and fundraising (both from a company and investor perspective). Micheál also has extensive experience advising on foreign direct investment, assisting international companies seeking to do business in and through Ireland, as well as the broad spectrum of issues that follow.
He acts for clients on a variety of corporate transactions, but is particularly active in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector and the Food & Agri-business sector.
Micheál worked for another international firm prior to joining Simmons and has also previously worked as an in-house lawyer for a publicly listed pharmaceutical group in Ireland.
