Jason is a senior partner in our Corporate & Commercial group. He has wide experience of advising on private and public M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, investment transactions, reorganisations and general corporate and commercial matters.
Jason has a particular focus on cross-border transactions and matters and has led the teams on many of the firm’s highest-profile mandates. He has significant experience in a number of sectors, including financial services, asset management, real estate and technology.
For a number of years he led the firm’s Corporate practice in Asia. He is a Japanese speaker and acts as advisor to a number of leading Japanese groups on their activities internationally.
