Anthony is an associate in the Financial Markets group of our Dubai office.
He has experience in advising issuers and dealers on a wide range of debt capital market transactions (both conventional and Islamic structures), including establishment and issuance of medium term note programmes, sukuk, and AT1 regulatory capital securities. He has advised leading GCC and multinational banks and financial institutions on Shari’a-compliant financing transactions.
Prior to joining the Dubai office, he trained in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
