FCA consults on UK SRS
The FCA has published a consultation on sustainability disclosures by listed issuers in relation to the proposed UK sustainability reporting standards.
Our global practice advises on the full spectrum of capital markets work, including debt and equity transactions, structured debt, high yield and trusts. We assist major market participants including major financial institutions and corporates across the world, as well as first time issuers and other new players in the capital markets.
