Harrisson Nkrumah is an Avocat à la Cour and Senior Associate in the Banking, Capital Markets and Regulatory department at Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg LLP.
Based in Luxembourg, he advises global financial institutions, international banks, investment funds, asset managers, securitization vehicles and other financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
Harrisson has a broad practice spanning international banking and capital markets, securitization, structured finance and fund financing.
His experience includes secured and unsecured lending, structured finance, acquisition finance, property finance, bilateral and syndicated loans, real estate finance, and debt restructuring.
Harrisson also has extensive experience in securitisation, advising regulated and unregulated securitisation undertakings both in private and public offerings/deals and fund financing including subscriptions facilities, NAV financings, hybrid deals, LP and GP-led financings.
Harrisson is proficient in French and English.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg LLP, Harrisson worked at prominent and leading law firms in Luxembourg.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
He holds a master’s degree in business law – Banking and Finance Law - from the University of Strasbourg.
