Pascal focuses on structured finance and more specifically on:
- cross-border factoring transactions and other trade receivables financing products;
- securitisation, both ABCP and ABS transactions on various classes of asset (including trade receivables and automotive assets, CMBS and RMBS); and
- asset finance (including shipping finance and aviation finance).
He advises both arrangers, lenders, originators and borrowers throughout these operations.
