Nick is an associate in the Structured Finance and Derivatives practice in London, focusing on asset-backed finance and securitisation.
He has experience working on a wide range of securitisation and specialty finance facilities (including those with a cross-border nexus), with asset classes including mortgage-backed securities, SME loans, cars, "loan-on-loans" and merchant cash advances.
Nick qualified in 2024 after training with the firm and has previously undertaken a secondment to the Financial Markets team in Dubai.
