Tom advises asset managers and financial institutions on their disputes and other critical contentious issues.
Tom is a Managing Associate in our Disputes & Investigations team and is the lead associate in the firm’s Reputation Management group in London. Tom is also a core member of the firm’s Contentious Asset Management group, which supports asset managers and investment funds in their contentious needs. His experience spans investor claims, professional negligence claims, advice on conflict issues, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and misconduct investigations. He has a particular focus on private markets.
Tom has completed secondments to two financial institutions, one of which was based in Singapore.
Tom regularly speaks on contentious and reputational issues and trends impacting asset managers and financial institutions, including at our annual Global Legal and Business Outlook.
