Maya is a Supervising Associate in the Financial Services Regulatory department at Simmons & Simmons Luxembourg LLP. She advises clients on various issues linked to banking and financial European and local regulations, with a particular focus on cross border regulatory projects.
Maya holds a Maîtrise in Business Law from the University Paris Nanterre (France) as well as an MBA in Business Law, and an MBA in Trading and Financial Market. She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar (liste II).
Prior to joining the firm, Maya worked as in-house lawyer for 6 years providing legal expertise on issues linked to the banking and the financial sector in Paris and Luxembourg.
