Daniella is a managing associate in our corporate tax team.
She assists clients on a broad range of tax issues focusing on both transactional and advisory matters.
Daniella’s experience includes advising clients on the tax aspects of commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, offerings in the debt and equity capital markets, hedge funds, and financing arrangements. She also advises clients on tax related employment matters, with a focus on the application of the IR35 off-payroll working rules.
Daniella trained at Simmons and qualified into the Corporate Tax team in September 2019.
