Dr Simon Kirschner is a supervising associate in our Frankfurt office in the area of restructuring and insolvency law. He advises banks, financial institutions, investors and companies in restructuring scenarios and on all aspects related to financial crises and insolvency law. In addition, he advises in matters of banking and finance law transactions.
Simon studied law at the University of Constance and the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional court in Stuttgart, including work placements at an international law firm and the German Trade Office Taiwan.
Before joining Simmons & Simmons, Simon gained professional experience as a legal intern within the banking department of a leading international law firm.
