While Patrick’s practice covers all aspects of private and public company M&A and corporate finance, he has specialised in Equity Capital Markets since advising on his first London Stock Exchange listing in 1992. He currently advises the boards of several listed companies.
Patrick has a particular interest in the TMT, FinTech and energy and natural resources sectors.
