Baldassarre is a Counsel in the Financial Markets group in the Milan office, focusing on debt capital markets.
His experience covers a wide range of products within capital markets, focusing on offers and listings of debt instruments, as well as tender and exchange offers of securities for both Italian and international clients. He also provides assistance in relation to Eurobonds, project bonds and liability management exercises
