The ISDA Notices Hub is set to launch on 15 July 2025

On 12 June 2025, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc (ISDA) announced the start of a pre-adherence process for the ISDA Notices Hub, which is scheduled to launch on 15 July 2025.

What is the ISDA Notices Hub?

The ISDA Notices Hub is a central online platform intended to:

• enable the instantaneous delivery and receipt of certain notices (full functionality);
• help ensure address details for physical delivery are up to date (address only functionality).

Users can select whether to apply full functionality or address only functionality.

The initial coverage will be notices under Section 5 or Section 6 of the ISDA Master Agreement (such as termination notices) and any related notices of set-off, reservation of rights or waiver, but there is potential for this to expand over time.

ISDA��s announcement confirms that the ISDA Notices Hub will be free for buy-side firms, while dealers can benefit from two years of discounted fees if they adopt early.

Counterparties planning to use the ISDA Notices Hub would also need to amend their ISDA Master Agreements to provide for its use. ISDA has developed a (free) Protocol designed to assist with this.
