ESG – FCA publishes final SDR rules

In a significant and long-awaited development for the UK's ESG regulatory landscape, the FCA published on 28 November 2023 its Policy Statement PS 23/16.  This sets out the final rules for the FCA's new Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDRs) and investment labels. 

The policy statement charts the course for important forthcoming changes to the UK ESG rules.  These rules will be phased-in across the next 3 years, and will affect all UK firms.
