Catherine is Head of the United Kingdom Financial Services Team and Cross Border Group Co Head of our International Financial Services Regulatory practice. A recognised leader in financial services regulation, her career is defined by a commitment to excellence, innovation and client service.

Dual qualified in the UK and Ireland, Catherine advises leading and innovative financial institutions, asset managers and private banks. Her specialist focus is the buy side community, guiding institutional managers, private banks and wealth managers through product development, fund establishment and cross border distribution within complex UK and EU regulatory frameworks.

Catherine is a trusted partner to boards, C suite executives and senior general counsel, helping clients navigate regulatory change and strategic transformation. Recent work includes steering clients through the UK Sustainability Disclosure Regime, securing labels for UK funds and advising on the UK Consumer Duty in both domestic and international business models. She has led the development of sophisticated model portfolio solutions, shaped strategic OCIO offerings and facilitated multi jurisdictional reorganisations for major financial services firms.
