We will look at a range of ESG topics which affect the construction industry, including:

1. Environmental PI risk for builders and designers: we look at some potential liability risks as construction professionals navigate a changing climate amid increasing public and regulatory pressure.

2. Modular construction - ESG and other risks: modular construction is being hailed as a more environmentally friendly option in the move to net zero. We explore the issues that professionals designing and building modular buildings need to be aware of. In this second podcast, Jonathan Spencer is joined by Andrew Shepherd, Managing Director of TopHat (Solutions).
