Blanca is an Associate in the Employment Law group at the Madrid office of Simmons & Simmons. She holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Oviedo, as well as a master's degree in access to the legal profession and procurement.
She advises national and international companies on all areas of employment and labour law, providing strategic and commercially focused advice on both day-to-day employment matters and complex corporate projects, participating in multi-jurisdictional projects.
She has extensive experience representing companies in employment litigation before labour courts at all levels of jurisdiction.
Blanca is fluent in Spanish and English, facilitating the delivery of legal advice in cross-border and international matters.
