Emmanuel Avice is an experienced investment funds lawyer advising sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on the full lifecycle of Luxembourg alternative investment structures.
He has extensive experience in the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of both regulated and unregulated funds, with a particular focus on alternative asset classes including private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure and renewable energy.
Emmanuel regularly works on complex and bespoke arrangements, including co-investment structures, carried interest vehicles and managed account platforms, as well as the associated acquisition and holding structures.
