Lucy is Of Counsel within our London Insurance and Construction Group within our international dispute resolution practice. She has experience of acting for insurance and reinsurance clients in contentious matters and also advises clients on coverage across a range of sectors. Her particular area of expertise is in cyber disputes, coverage and wordings given her previous employment as a cyber underwriter within the Lloyd's market. Lucy's focus is on providing commercial advice for clients and she frequently provides training sessions for insurers on wordings and coverage issues in order to assist clients in achieving the solutions that they are looking for.
Lucy also has experience of acting for insureds in professional negligence actions and construction disputes. Having worked within a London syndicate for many years, Lucy has worked very closely with Lloyd's, Lloyd's Europe (as a secondee to Lloyd's in Brussels) and the LMA giving her first-hand experience of the various stakeholders in the Lloyd's market as well as a wide range of brokers and coverholders both in the UK and globally.
