Henry is a tax disputes partner with a wide range of experience representing clients at all stages of disputes with tax authorities from pre-enquiry / investigation through to litigation.
Henry has conducted tax disputes both in the UK and internationally and has litigated cases at all levels of the UK courts. Henry is regarded for his expertise in direct taxes including corporation tax and partnership tax matters; he also has significant experience of representing clients in judicial review.
Henry started his tax career in HMRC’s Solicitor’s Office before spending 10 years in the tax disputes team of a Big 4 accountancy firm- latterly leading the Funds Tax Disputes practice.
