Phillipine is a Supervising Associate in our pensions practice in London. She joined Simmons & Simmons in November 2025, having gained broad experience in pensions at other international law firms. She advises both corporate sponsors and trustee boards on a wide range of pensions issues, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters. On the contentious side, Phillipine has experience advising on regulatory investigations and member IDRP claims.
Her non-contentious work includes providing day-to-day advice to trustee boards, advising companies with the pensions aspects of M&A transactions, and advising on the drafting and implementation of pension scheme documentation. Phillipine also has de-risking experience having advised trustees and insurers on buy-in and buy-out transactions of pension scheme liabilities.
Phillipine is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
