Sarah is an associate in the London employment group, advising clients on contentious and non-contentious matters throughout the employment life-cycle. Sarah’s experience includes advising on high-value Employment Tribunal claims, including allegations of discrimination and whistleblowing detriment, and complex and sensitive internal investigations. She advises on settlement agreement negotiations, grievance and disciplinary matters, the implementation of workplace policies and practices, and other day-to-day employment queries. Sarah also regularly works with the international Simmons network and beyond to co-ordinate large scale multi-jurisdictional projects.
Sarah has particular experience advising clients within the financial services and asset management sectors and has spent six months on secondment to a large commercial bank.
