Rozet has consistently advised on pensions law over the last two decades, acting for both employer and trustee clients, whilst working with teams at several highly regarded firms.
As part of the De-risking team, Rozet advises insurer clients on the due diligence aspects of complex and high value bulk annuity transactions, including residual risk deals. Rozet has particular experience of historic document reviews for the purpose of assessing benefit specifications and changes to benefit structures.
Rozet also advises trustee clients with schemes at the smaller end of the market (generally sub £100m; one of the smallest being sub £5m) on the pension law aspects of entering into a buy-in contract using the XPS Xpedite model across a number of insurers.
