Pete has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients on pensions law. He advises on all aspects of pensions law but he has a particular interest in “big picture” strategic projects e.g. mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, establishment of superfunds, de-risking and use of defined benefit surpluses. Pete also has an interest in master trusts and developments in the defined contribution sector having worked as in-house counsel at a master trust provider.
