Dr. Moritz S. Vettermann has his focus on corporate real estate transactions, private equity investments, portfolio structuring, restructuring and joint ventures. He is a Partner in our Frankfurt office. Moritz advises a wide range of clients such as institutional investors, asset managers, private equity firms, funds and corporates.
Moritz is well known in the market for his transactional expertise in complex deals and is part of Simmons & Simmons' integrated pan-European real estate team. Moritz joined Simmons in September 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in an international US law firm.
