Antonia Jerković is an associate in the banking and finance department at our Frankfurt office. She advises banks, funds, sponsors, and companies on all matters related to structured finance, in particularly cash-flow based loans. Her focus is on advising infrastructure and energy projects. Antonia is also part of the Energy, Renewables, and Infrastructure (ENRI) team at Simmons & Simmons.
Antonia studied law at the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen and subsequently worked in a law firm in the real estate sector in Zagreb, Croatia. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Frankfurt am Main, including a stint at the specialised public prosecutor's office for white-collar crimes. Antonia worked as a research assistant in the real estate sector at Simmons before joining us as an associate in 2025.
Antonia is fluent in German, English, Italian, and Croatian.
