Rosalind is an Associate in the Insurance & Construction team in London, within the international dispute resolution practice.
She has experience of advising corporates and individuals on complex international insurance and construction disputes, particularly claims against Directors & Officers. This includes acting for one of the defendants during one of The Takeover Panel’s most important enforcement matters to date.
Rosalind has completed a full-time secondment to the general legal team of an international insurance company for a year, concluding in February 2025. This experience has provided Rosalind with a broad industry perspective and helped her to develop a practical understanding of insurer clients’ needs.
