Satvi is a Counsel in the Tax group in London. She has experience advising on the tax aspects of a broad range of domestic and international transactions, with a focus on financing transactions; including structured finance and securitisations. She has also worked on a number of corporate reorganisations, and has extensive experience advising on, and negotiating the tax aspects of, M&A transactions, particularly in the private equity, technology and life sciences sectors. Satvi is a Chartered Tax Advisor.
