Emma specialises in Dispute Resolution and Regulatory issues within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. Her practice encompasses pre-litigation, litigation, and legal advisory services for national and international clients in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics industries.
She also acts for international companies on compliance matters.
Emma was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024 and joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons the same year.
Prior to this, she completed internships at various national and international law firms in Paris.
Emma graduated in Civil Law and obtained a post-graduate degree in Medical Liability Law, both from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.
