Marie specialises in Dispute Resolution and regulatory issues in the field of Life Sciences.
She mainly advises clients and litigates in administrative law, in particular in the field of health, in the regulation of medicines and medical devices, including pricing and reimbursement (pricing negotiations and litigation, market access, etc.) and, more generally, in all regulated sectors. She also advises clients and litigates in public business law (public contracts, PPP, both in the procurement and performance phases, advice to candidate/sponsor/lender groups).
Marie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024 and joined the Paris Office of Simmons & Simmons, as an associate, in July 2024, after being a trainee during 6 months. Prior joining Simmons & Simmons, she trained in various French and international law firms as well as at the French Army Department.
She holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LLM in Law and International Management from HEC Paris.
