Tobias Schmidt is a Corporate M&A associate in our Düsseldorf office. He advises national and international companies on domestic and cross-border M&A-transactions, corporate restructurings as well as within the context of domestic and cross-border joint ventures.
Tobias Schmidt studied law at the University of Bochum. After graduating, he worked as a legal intern for another leading international law firm in Düsseldorf in the corporate practice group. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm, he gained practical experience at the Ministry of Family Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and at an international law firm in Düsseldorf in the energy law team. He was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2024.
