Mark has advised clients on pensions law for over 25 years and has acted for employers, trustees, insurers, and industry bodies.
He has wide ranging experience, but with a particular focus on defined contribution, de-risking and trustee liability insurance. Mark also has in-house experience having acted as general counsel at a master trust provider.
Mark is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers Investment & DC Committee and has recently spoken at conferences on topics relating to defined contribution pension schemes.
