Ana is a member of the Dispute Resolution sector in our Madrid office. She brings a decade of experience as a lawyer in international law firms, possessing extensive expertise in managing complex disputes across commercial, financial, construction, energy and public administration sectors, both in litigation and pre-litigation contexts.
Ana's experience encompasses a wide range of litigation and arbitration scenarios. She is proficient in handling cases before various domestic (CAM, CIMA, CIAM) and international arbitration forums (ICSID, ICC, LCIA), and has a high experience before civil, commercial, administrative and criminal courts.
Moreover, she has also an extensive background in handling investigations and compliance due diligence processes.
Ana obtained two Superior Law Degrees at the University Pontificia Comillas ICADE (Madrid) in 2012 and 2013. She prepared for the judicial and prosecutorial competitive examinations for two years and in 2016 she obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from IE Business School. Ana was admitted to the Madrid Bar Association in 2012.
Ana actively participates in the legal community, holding memberships in the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA), the Arbitration Commission of Women in a Legal World, and the Spanish Business Litigation Club.
Ana is fluent in Spanish, English and German and regularly publishes articles on arbitration and white-collar crime trends with prestigious publications such as The International Arbitration Review or Actualidad Jurídica Aranzadi.
