Sahib is an associate in the employment group. Sahib provides advice on an array of employment matters, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Sahib’s expertise ranges from defending Employment Tribunal claims to managing sensitive employment issues and internal investigations. Sahib previously worked for several years in HR at a FTSE100 company and brings a working knowledge of practical application of employment law advice.
Sahib has extensive experience with a variety of clients within the financial services, asset managers and technology space and also spent six months on secondment to a large commercial bank. Other experience includes advising on high value discrimination and whistleblowing litigation, co-ordination of large scale multi-jurisdictional projects and advising on grievance and disciplinary matters, as well as day to day employment queries, demonstrating the ability to handle intricate employment law matters across borders.
