Andrew, a managing associate based in London, specialises in the construction of energy and infrastructure and commercial development projects, within our Construction team.
His clientele includes global contractors, developers, project sponsors, governmental departments, and institutional investors. Andrew is adept at drafting and negotiating a wide array of construction documents, including JCT, NEC, IChemE, and FIDIC form contracts, as well as bespoke EPC, O&M, LTSA, development agreements and professional appointments.

Andrew's extensive experience and specialisation in project development, particularly in drafting and negotiating a comprehensive range of construction documents, underscore his leadership and pivotal role in the Construction team.
Andrew’s experience includes advising:
- Old Park Lane Management on its ground up development of Ropemaker Place a 25 floor tower in the centre of the City of London and its complex office refurbishment of 7 Millbank, Westminster.
- Legal & General in relation to various development schemes throughout England, including the Interchange in Cardiff Central Square.
- A global offshore wind developer on its development of offshore wind farms in the UK, Taiwan, Korea, Philippines and Australia.
- Stone City Energy on the bespoke EPC construction contract and the long-term service agreement for the US$1.2bn 1560 MW Surkhandarya combined-cycle gas turbine power plant in Uzbekistan.
- One of China’s largest international power engineering, design and construction groups on the negotiation and implementation of the turnkey engineering, design, procurement and construction contracts and related major subcontracts for the construction of two 1800 MW combined cycle power (IPP) projects in Saudi Arabia.
