Vanessa is an Associate in the firm’s Insurance and Construction Dispute Resolution Group based in the London office.
Vanessa has advised clients across the UK, Middle East and Southeast Asia on a wide range of contentious matters involving complex construction and infrastructure projects (including professional indemnity insurance claims), banking disputes, as well as regulatory and internal investigations. She also has experience in international arbitration under the ICC, DIAC and SIAC Rules and in alternative dispute resolution procedures. Vanessa is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
Vanessa joined Simmons’ London office in 2021 and trained in the Dubai office. She subsequently qualified into the Singapore office, where she spent two years before returning to London.
