Alex advises clients across a range of commercial and technology-related matters including business-critical software transactions, outsourcing and services agreements, software licensing, data protection and privacy issues, eCommerce arrangements (including consumer law compliance), and providing “got-to-market” regulatory advice for new technologies.
Alex also has experience working on M&A transactions in the technology and media sectors, advising on legal due diligence, post-completion separation and transitional services.
Alex is qualified in New Zealand and prior to joining the firm, also advised clients on brand strategy, trade mark protection, and intellectual property ownership and rights.
