Lucy is a Professional Support Lawyer* in the Employment, Incentives and Pensions practice. Before joining Simmons & Simmons, Lucy worked as a Legal Counsel for a healthtech scale-up. Prior to this, she spent over 4 years working as an attorney-at-law for another law firm (with a strong focus on Employment law) where she advised on matters of co-determination, individual and collective dismissals, pension and (amendment of) terms and conditions of employment.
