Holly advises on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, with a particular focus on transactions by or involving listed corporates. This includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, UK Listing Rules transactions, equity capital market transactions and general corporate advisory matters.
Holly acts for a wide variety of clients, including corporates, investment banks, funds and private equity sponsors. Holly joined us in 2023 from the corporate M&A team of a magic circle firm and also spent time on secondment to the M&A legal team of a FTSE 100 company.
