Chris is an experienced commercial and technology lawyer who now specialises in helping clients simplify and improve their standard contracts. He regularly leads projects for large international clients seeking to redesign, streamline and digitise their contracts, particularly in the technology and financial services sectors.
Chris trained at an international law firm before moving in-house to work for the BT Group and Royal Mail plc. Most of his career has been spent writing and negotiating complex contracts, both for customers and suppliers, including large outsourcing deals, licensing agreements and partnering arrangements.
Chris writes a blog called Improving Contracts (improvingcontracts.com) and is a regular speaker on the topic of contracts and the contracting process.
