Lauren is an accomplished business development professional with over 20 years’ experience in the professional services sector, specialising in client relationship management, business development, and strategic marketing.
Since joining Simmons & Simmons more than eight years ago, Lauren has been instrumental in establishing the firm’s award-winning client programme and has worked across all sectors and offices. She has led a variety of projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening client relationships and has delivered strategic campaigns to help clients navigate complex challenges.
As Global Head of Clients & Sectors, Lauren leads a dynamic international team, overseeing the firm’s key client account programme and priority sectors, including Asset Management and Investment Funds; Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Construction; Financial Institutions; Healthcare and Life Sciences; and Technology, Media and Telecommunications. She is also a member of the Marketing & Business Development (M&BD) Leadership Team.
Lauren has extensive experience in team management and is passionate about personal and professional development. She previously led the M&BD training academy and introduced a reverse mentoring programme within the department.
Lauren holds the Financial Markets Foundation Qualification (FMFQ) from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) and is one of the firm’s Wellbeing Champions, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional growth and wellbeing in the workplace.
