Charlotte is a Managing Associate in the Financial Services Hedge Funds practice. Charlotte’s primary focus is advising asset managers in relation to alternative investment funds, with a key focus on the establishment, structuring, restructuring and maintenance of hedge funds, hybrid funds and managed accounts.
She acts for a wide range of established and well known managers globally and for emerging managers across a range of asset classes including digital assets. Charlotte also advises clients on a range of regulatory matters related to alternative investment funds, including, AIFMD, SFDR and MiFID 2 obligations and marketing requirements.
Charlotte has spent time on secondment at a leading UK hedge fund manager and has also completed international secondments to the firm’s Singapore office and to the New York office of Simmons & Simmons’ alliance firm, Seward & Kissel.
