Matteo is a Counsel in the Digital Business practice and the TMT sector, which is part of our Corporate & Commercial group. He advises clients on a wide range of technology and commercial related matters, including data protection and privacy issues, cybersecurity, outsourcing arrangements, IT, procurement and supply contracts, software licensing and distribution as well as cloud services.
His recent experience includes compliance projects in multiple jurisdictions, sensitive data protection projects, data retention obligations for IT providers and telecoms companies as well as trans-border data flows.
He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and participate in international legal reviews. He is a regular speaker at professional conferences and lectures on data protection.
