Her notable experience includes:

  • Acting for Sushovan Hussain, the former CFO of Autonomy Corporation plc, in one of the largest fraud claims to come before the English Court: the highly publicised proceedings brought by Hewlett-Packard arising out of alleged fraudulent misrepresentations made about Autonomy.

  • Advising a company in relation to an investigation run by the UK Serious Fraud Office.

Hannah and her colleagues have twice been shortlisted for Commercial Litigation Team of the Year at the Legal Business Awards (2021 and 2023) and have been shortlisted for Litigation Team of the Year at the Lawyer Awards 2023 for their work in defending a securitisation structure against a longstanding campaign of vexatious litigation.

Hannah trained at Simmons & Simmons, during which time she spent six months on secondment to the disputes team at a global energy company.
Hannah also manages the firm's art collection and provides pro bono advice to clients on art-related matters.
