Donatella is a Counsel in our Corporate & Commercial department in Milan.
She has a focus in equity capital markets transactions and has advised issuers and major investment banks in connection with IPOs, takeover bids and public M&A, right issues and extraordinary transactions, as well as corporate governance issues.
